This practical, two hour , interactive workshop aims to provide participants with the tools required to promote and support a youth sport environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, integrity and tolerance.

Youth sports can and should unite community. Youth sports can and should foster good citizenship, as well as, serve the needs of ALL children within the community. We can show you how!

bullet Identifying the priorities of organized youth sport - play vs. competition
bullet Establishing core values and programs of accountability for organized youth sport and youth sport associations
bullet Doing nothing - the impact of poor sportsmanship on our children and our communities
bullet Creating a system that makes everyone feel like a winner
bullet The roles of coaches, parents and players
bullet Steps toward change - what can be done and how to do it. Never has there been a greater need for the examination and discussion of the problems inherent in youth sport today.
